This B Complex has all the right stuff. Most B Complex products only include Methyl B12 and P-5-P B6 at most to claim that they have coenzyme B vitamins in their formula. After I looked at the formula, I saw that these are ALL coenzyme b vitamins, which is very impressive. When I opened this bottle of Healthy Origins Bioavailable B Complex, I checked to see if there was any smell. It smelled exactly like nutritional yeast, and the material in the capsules was exactly the color of nutritional yeast. I recently ordered a package of nutritional yeast and eating a tablespoon of it in fruit juice immediately gave me a strong histamine allergic reaction in the sinuses. I don’t find any yeast advice on the packaging or the Amazon product page, though I had carefully checked for gluten and dairy before ordering. Out of curiosity, I checked the B vitamin sources on my regular multi-vitamin, Garden of Life Vitamin Code Men over 50, and the translation from latin was: brewer’s yeast. So I won’t be taking it any more. I should say that I don’t know if this product contains yeast, but I don’t see allergen advice that it doesn’t. So I won’t be taking this product, and my regrets for not being able to review it. The upside for me is that I’ve identified an allergen that I’ve been taking in my regular complement of supplements. You may experience some very Neon yellow urine side effects like I did from consuming this product; I actually was concerned so I did a google search that explains it very well. If this happens, It’s your body saying it has enough of certain B vitamins and is filtering the excess through. I really thought I needed a vast b complex but My body says it’s just a bit too much for me personally. Overall I really do like that it includes so many B vitamins, so you’re not having to individually take so many (especially if you have gastro issues) so I think I may give all b’s a break and just take one once a month - if it’s still incredibly yellow after that, it might just truly be too high for me personally. I was taking a few of the B complex vitamins separately but I hate the sublingual B12s so I was excited to find a B that I can just take all of them together and not fuss with several bottles. This came in clutch in that department for sure! The capsules are fairly small so easy to swallow...and it has all the Bs you need - 8 of them! It's a vegan formula too in case that's a concern.This is a great product to get your necessary dose of B vitamins which your body really does need for wellness (and most people don't get enough of) Highly recommend this - when this bottle is done, I will definitely be buying another as this is now a solid part of my health regimen! Going back and forth from being a working mom and stay at home mom, I'm always tired. My doctor has recommended B Complex vitamins to help up my energy a little. Usually I haven't noticed any difference from when I take B vitamins or when I don't. With these, I have noticed with consistent use that I feel like I have a little bit more energy than usual.
