Egg protein is the only protein worth eating. I have been using this same product for 20 years and it has never changed it’s quality or flavor. Healthy and fit never sold out and therefore the products integrity has been spared. But this comes at a cost, and that’s the wallet setback. I am a huge fan of this vanilla ice cream-flavored protein powder. I’ve never tried another flavor as this one blends so well in smoothies. I can’t imagine the chocolate flavor doing that. More recently, I have started making a morning concoction of beet powder and complete vegetable powder. (My “lucky drink” as my just-turned-2yr old grandson calls it, mishearing me say “yucky drink”.) Well, I’m not sure why it took me so long, but I started adding a scoop of my Helthy N Fit Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder to “my concoction” and ...yes.. I've used this protein almost exclusively for years but something was wrong with this most recent order. I don't know if it is a new product formulation or expired or what - but the protein powder has been super clumpy and very hard to mix. This is not normal - at least not in the past. Egg protein is supposed to be the most bio-available proteins there is so if you drink protein shakes for the protein (logically that would be the case), then you should at least try this one to see if it does what you want it to do. I found that mixing some Nestle Quick with it will override the not so good flavor. Read more

With much of the supplement industry use of "soy" it's hard to find a quality "pure egg" protein supplement, this one not only delivers but you can add it to your nutrition regimen with confidence that you're not filling up on unnecessary fat and sugar calories. I'm actually surprised to see very limited availability of quality protein powders especially when research has supported the increase phytoestrogens that are the result of soy protein. Read more

Until I discovered this product contained Soy, this was my number one brand. I no longer use protein powders in general. I am still looking for a decent tasting vegan chocolate flavor. I used to mix this product with almond milk, banana, and PB powder. Read more
