None of these products are worth the money. Stomach upset most likely by putting vile things into your stomach that don’t belong there. If you have a stomach of steel this might be your ticket. I began taking this supplement due to a knee injury that I have been suffering for almost a year with. My daughter is a Phys. Therapist and I have been continually working re-strengthening routines, etc. with an extremely slow and incomplete healing. After almost a year of this and not being able to walk without limping, not being able to use complete extension of my knee, I figured I'd try it. After about 3 weeks, I noticed that my knee had very little pain. About a week later, I realized that I was walking up stairs "normally" without any pain and was no longer limping.
