Recently learned about tongue scrapping, after searching all brands and reviews I selected this brand because it was 2 for one and it's stainless steel. Well, my life has changed I will be a tongue scrapper for life. This product is sturdy and it feels like it will last forever! I gave my extra to my husband, he hesitated at first but after his first time seeing what was festering on his tongue he is hooked too! Literally the most amazing thing I have ever bought. Kind of want to sue my dentist for not making me aware of this step in the oral hygiene process. My boyfriend (who had terrible breath) and I, have had such nice mouths since we've started using these. We are now (unofficial) spokes people, and have successfully sold many.. someone should be paying us. Quickly removes gunk that a toothbrush just spreads around.Nice that you can put it in the dishwasher.I find it most effective and comfortable swiping one side of my tongue at a time (at an angle), rather than straight down the middle . . . but everyone's tongue is unique.I haven't used the rubberized grips. My dad used to custom make tongue scrapers for us. Over the decades I have tried several other brands but this comes closest to the ones that I used as a kid. Easy to use and easy to clean. Has a nice weight and thickness. The handles are well designed and easy to hold. The scraper leaves your mouth feeling absolutely clean. It came right on time - had a little hitch-up in the middle since they use a low-cost courier, but that's how we get free shipping so the wait was fine. I've been using it regularly for about 3 weeks now, and am actually noticing a difference already! I'm not sure if it'll ever help get rid of the white stuff completely, but I feel like the 'before/after' picture in the item description is pretty accurate. If the cleaner was just a little bit thinner, I would be happy. The current thickness seems to be a bit inefficient in cleaning out everything, but I do understand the concern that it could possibly hurt your tongue if it was too sharp. Read more
