The media could not be loaded. I received this product but it has already been used by other people. The base does not charge. The equipment inside was not complete and there was no oil. Small & compact and great battery life but most importantly it's the perfect shave for me.The only negative thing it's easy to fall out of your hand only if you are shaving your own head like me.
