I'm actually a grown man in my 20s and I eat these as snacks or with my diner when I don't get any veggies. I'm into fitness and It always easy to get protein with protein powder but i struggle with getting my veggies in my diet. These are perfect for on the go when I'm out camping or just a normal day at work because I was to lazy to prepare vegetables the night before lol. The taste of kale/apple/Avocado isn't very good but it taste way better then kale in my salad lol. I also eat the pear/pumpkin/passion fruit, that one i actually kind of enjoy the taste. Read more

The FIRST food my 7months old son finally opened his mouth to willingly eat, and he finished the whole serving! He would cry and shut his mouth on all other brands tried but since this first touched his tongue, mealtimes are now a breeze.
