My husband and I had a 10 minute conversation about how much we enjoy this item. We're happy with "Montessori" type toys and our 9mo daughter is not walking yet. She army crawls and is trying to pull herself up on to things. We got her this walker to help her learn to walk. We have had it for 3 days and she spends about 5-15 minutes a day with it. We could tell that she wanted to walk, but we were not "leading" or using or fingers to help her. We got her this and by the third day, she's scooting along and having a great time. The blocks that come in it are a bonus. We're really using the wagon/walker portion of it. We've actually taken out most of the blocks as an Amazon "A1" small shipping box fits perfectly inside the tray area. We've put some blocks on the side so the box doesn't slide horizontally. We've filled the box with lead weight (we're divers) to help weigh the wagon down and give it some resistance for pushing. This product comes almost preassembled. You only need to put in the vertical arms and the bright green handle. 6 screws are included and as is the allen wrench. The rubber on the wheels is also helpful for traction.Great product. Looks like this will last us through a few kids. We're happy and I'm happy to recommend it! Read more

After a bit of research on other walkers, we chose this one as it has a relatively small footprint and not as many distracting bells and whistles which is exactly what we were looking for (along with a gentle price tag). Our 11 month old absolutely loves this walker and the freedom it's given her to move about even more. I will say that like other reviews, it is a bit unstable (in that it'll fall backwards if your baby falls down without letting go) and also very fast for a pre-walker, but with some oversight, she's still having a ton of fun with this. I also put 2 five pound weights in the front and that worked like a charm. She might not be able to maneuver it as easily or turn with the weights, but she can walk with it for long straight stretches. I'm sure once she gets a little older and steadier, the weights will be out and the blocks back in. Read more

My mom bought this walker for my then-6 month old baby. It is a great walker that will be used for years to come given that it comes with the set of blocks and can be used to push around dolls and stuffed animals later. I was a little disappointed that the walker is on the lighter side. We had been looking for a walker that wouldn't tip easily, but unfortunately, this one does unles you weigh it down. It's very light, and also a little too fast for those babies on the younger side just learning how to push and walk. Also, the walker is not the tallest out there, and my daughter, who hit 29" at 7 months old (off the charts), seemed a bit too "tall" for this. Overal, a great product. She walks with it like a champ, now that she's 8 months old! Read more

I got this for my 19-month-old not as a walking aid but as a substitute for a wagon. I wanted something that would hold up to being sat in, stood on, and generally roughly handled while still being small enough to use inside in a small home. This is perfect! My little guy loves pushing it, moving things in it, and while I discourage standing in it, I know it is stable enough and close enough to the ground that he can do it safely. The blocks are also fun--great colors, interesting shapes, easy to hold--but they don't live in the wagon. It is more like a bonus with purchase.Pros:Well madeSturdy, doesn't tip when pushed from behind or stood on in frontVibrant colorCons:The sturdy, wide base means it doesn't corner well, minor drawback that my toddler corrected for quickly. We researched MANY baby walkers & I really wanted to purchase one that had an option to change the tension on the wheels. Sadly, the few that I found were too pricey for my pocket. I liked that this walker had rubber on the wheels but was made of all wood - the blocks are just a bonus. Our son had a hard time turning this when he first started using it, but with more experience he soon started to figure out how to turn it and slow down before hitting walls, etc. (It's all part of the learning process.) Now that he's walking on his own, he still loves to push this around (and run us over). It is difficult to clean the grimy kid dirt off of the areas that are raw wood (there is no clear finish on them). I've also noticed that two of the wheels have become wobbly, probably from too many sharp turns taken by my son. I wish there was a way to take them off & straighten them but I haven't figured that out yet. Overall, I'm VERY happy with this walker. It provides all the basics we needed to get our son up & walking. Read more

Yes - the toy is a little pricey, but it's a toy that will last for years and years. My only disappointment with this toy is that I thought it was made in Europe, but it is actually made in China. However, the quality appears to be on par with European standards and I feel comfortable with the toy after examining it. My son enjoys knocking down all the block after I build him a tower. He also enjoys pushing the cart around for support, as he is still learning to walk. As others have mentioned, this toy should not be used without close adult supervision because it may tip over and cause a baby (learning to walk) to fall along with it. When my son is pushing the cart, I crawling behind him and am ready to catch him in case the cart tips over. I always load the cart with the blocks and other wooden toys to deter the cart from tipping over and that seems to help. Read more

Very disappointed when I saw that each wheel has part of the axel sticking out - see attached picture (which is not the case on the Amazon pictures of the product). It is a big concern if the child falls on it as it can cause severe injury to their head! Read more

This is a great gift for a child and the interest lasts for quite awhile. My son got this as he started to walk and even after being a proficient walker he would use it just to transport things around the house. The screws do come loose quite often - we even lost one when he took it in the yard. Read more

We purposefully wanted a traditional wooden walker as opposed to the chunky plastic variety and this certainly doesnt disappoint, almost fully assembled, just need to pop the handle on, all arrived in perfect condition and so well made. Very sturdy and great quality, lovely painted finish which will last for a long time. The bricks that come with it are rounded and soft and my 10 month old loves playing with them, putting them in the tray and knocking them down. Wonderful item which our little boy adores. Read more

We were very disappointed with this walker and returned it almost immediately. It was far to light in weight for stability for a baby and the handle was the wrong height and lose ( you had to tighten it all the time ), just not suitable at all. The one star was because it was pretty !! Read more
