The mirror is beautiful, however, after less than 2 months of use in my home, only half of the mirror defogger works. Instead of being able to keep the mirror free from shower steam, I can now only use a small square of the mirror that the defogger still works on. I've tried emailing the seller and haven't heard anything back from them, so I'm stuck with a very expensive mirror that doesn't work. Read more

I needed to add more lights to the room. And it CANNOT be hooked up to a switch - we tried with a paid electrician. Its on its own outlet hot wired, always on. Really nice mirror with a high end look and feel for not much money. The clarity of the actual mirror is the best I’ve seen in a residential bathroom and the LED light is perfect. I have overhead LED cab lighting so the light from the mirror is perfect. I cut the 3-prong outlet off and hardwired it to a wire that is switched so that the mirror could be mounted flush and conceal the wire. 10/10 would buy again. Read more

This mirror looks great...as long as you don't look too closely. I originally ordered 2 for the master bath. The contractors broke 1 with a bump on the counter top. And after closer inspection on them both, the mirrors had scratches across the short edge. Looked like a production flaw. So I ordered 2 replacement ones hoping they would be better. They were, but only slightly. Both mirrors still have that same flaw, just a little less than the first ones. Price point was nice, but having 4 mirrors all show up with the same flaw is troubling. Just beware of that when buying. They are not that easy to install either. It is a blind look to get them mounted on the screws. Read more
