I have a 21 month old grandson. Like me, he does not do well with heat and will not stay under a blanket. That was not my primary reason for the sleep sack. I opened the door to his room after his nap and just about lost it. That room looked like a bomb went off and he was standing there laughing to beat the band. He had gotten out of the crib. I put him back in and watched him do it again. The sleep sack came up in a search of how to keep you toddler in his crib. I took away one star because the neck and arm holes are a bit small, but all in all, this thing works and he actually helps to put it on. However, being such a smarty-pants, I have to put it on backwards because he knows how to work the zipper. I love this thing...... Read more

My 20-month-old, 30-pound, 34-inch tall son still sleeps in this sleep sack. I actually bought fabric and a zipper foot for my sewing machine because I know he will grow out of it soon and this is the X-Large :( He has been sleeping in a HALO since we brought him home from the hospital. We started with the velcro swaddler and eventually switched to the sleep sack. I've found the cotton ones are harder to find and are sometimes more expensive. We've never used the fleece version, but the cotton has been perfect for our weather. It was perfect with shorts and a t-shirt in our 100+ degree summers and has also worked well with long-sleeve/pants pajamas in our below 40 degree winter. To be fair, we do use the air conditioner in the summer and the heater in the winter, but we are conservative in their usage.More about the sleep sack: I would say it is fairly loose around the shoulders. The fabric is a nice, stretchy knit material that is thick enough to provide some warmth, but not so thick that I would call it "heavy". The zipper starts at the neck and zips down to the feet. We've used this sleep sack for 6 months now and its still going strong. We have 2 and alternate them. Love how it gives them some freedom to move but still keeps them warm (blankets don't last long on our toddler). When we this out, she knows its time for bed. Our toddler seems to enjoy it. Feels soft and no zipper issues, even after 6 months of continual use. Read more

Bought this XL sleepsack at 18 months to prevent our son from climbing out of his crib. We'd already lowered his mattress as low as possible, but our ninja toddler was still escaping. This sleepsack allows him to still roll around at night, stand up and walk around in his crib with no problem, but keeps him from being able to lift his leg high enough to hoist himself out of the crib. I'm sure he'll find another way out soon enough, but for now we've bought ourselves some time!Sizing- He is 33 inches tall, so I bought the XL one size up for the 35+ inches range, and glad I did as he has room to grow. Also like this thinner cotton material for summer. Read more

The media could not be loaded.  Fast delivery! Right size! But I ordered two cream XL sleepsacks and did not get the correct color. The stickers on the package say cream but it is a printed grey triangle pattern. Also, don’t size up. I have an 8 month old who wears 18 month sizes. I ordered the XL (18-24 mo) because I was afraid the Large would be too small or that he would grow out of it too fast. But he is swimming in the XL. It’s safe in the shoulders but really really long. Read more

We got this as the next size up for our 2 year old. He is small and this is a little big on him but it gives him plenty of room to grow in it. I love that when he is wearing this I don't have to worry about him needing an extra blanket to help keep him warm. He knows when we are putting this on it is time for bed. It's convenient that it zips from the top down so if you had to change him in the middle of the night it wouldn't be an issue. It is a soft cotton material. I would definitely recommend this for little ones. Read more

This is so far our favorite sleepsack we have used for our son from the spring to fall. It is lightweight, stretchy, and comfortable. The only issue is there is no cloth flap to cover/hide the zipper like other sleepsacks we have. Recently our toddler discovered the zipper while in his crib before going to sleep and unzipped it. I love this sleep sack! I needed something a little warmer than my daughters current muslin one. We live in Florida so some nights are a little cooler than other but we defiantly don’t need the fleece one yet. This is just the right amount to keep her warm over her pjs. The only thing I wish was that it would zip from both ends, it only zips from the top. Nothing that’s a deal breaker, just my wish. I would recommend and buy again. Read more
