I don't write reviews often but I felt obligated to write a review for Hair Full, because I feel it does work. My hair had always been very fine but I had noticed recently that it was getting thinner. That is one thing you don't want to see when your hair is fine to begin with. I had tried using hair vitamins, which aside from being costly, had done nothing to help my hair. Seems to be making my hair fuller at the crown. I was losing tons of hair due to bad diet(diabetes) & stress. My part was widening & ran down the back of my crown to a cowlick that exposed my scalp. I had to basically do a comb-over to keep it from exposing my scalp. (sigh). After 1 month on these supplements, my crown hair seems to be thickening. I cannot replicate the large gap as before. I am in my 3rd month of Keto & am doing Intermittent Fasting. I also started taking Bamboo Extract at the same time. Just want to lay all the cards out on the table. This supplement works EXTREMELY well. I had begun to lose quite a bit of hair while on the keto diet. The photo on the left is June 1st and the one on the right was 8 weeks prior. I had started taking Key Nutrients supplements and they made a HUGE difference, as thou can see. I am using both Key Nutrients hair growth supplement and collagen. I am on my second bottle and I am a believer!!I changed my diet drastically and have maintained it for over a year now. However, with such change, I unfortunately experienced massive hair loss. I am on my third month of this product and am seeing some new growth around my temples but not in the thinning area on the top of my head. Overall, however, my hair looks thicker. I think i see someImprovement ... but im also breakinn out like crazy ... i havent had active acne since high school ... and i am getting acne esp on myface on areas that i had never had acne before ... just stumbled across an article saying too much of vitamin b’s and biotin can b a cause of acne ! ... i did stop the bitamins for 11 days as i was out of town ... and did see a reduction ! I have tried quite a few hair growth supplements in the past, finally I found one that actually works! I was trying to grow out my hair after a bad haircut, but I liked the way my hair has looked fuller this past month or so that even though I am past the "bad haircut" phase, I am about to order a second bottle. Definitely noticed fast hair growth and some increased body, too (my hair is usually VERY fine/thin).To those who have concerns about taking biotin and it causing acne, I read another review posted here where the person recommended taking this on a full stomach to control for acne.
