This product is an all metal product (except for the side on/off button), very sturdy. The body of the trimmer looks sleek and neat, and looks like the trimming blades are made of good quality metal. It comes with rechargeable batteries, which is useful for travel. It has a small display to show the level of batter, a good indicator to put the trimmer back on the charger. I had a small trimmer, but this one is an all purpose trimmer for a clean beard and hair trimming. This product is working very well for me. The positive things are, the charge lasts really long, it does not pull the hair like a cheap clipper. I never felt any pain using this clipper. It is also very easy to clean and does not produce any noise. The display also helps to track down the charge left. Finally, I did not struggle to attach and remove different clips to this one.The only concern is that it is little heavy, so sometimes, I have to give some extra effort to keep it in my hand. Really a very nice quality clipper! Nice and quit, blades move very smoothly! Is exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations! Charge lasted for more than a few hours easily! I didn’t run them until they died to get a definitive time frame of how long the charge last but I was able to cut my 2 sons hair easily on one full charge! Easy to clean! Doesn't cut wet hair well.The clipper is a solid machine. Feels very durable and fades well. It comes with a taper blade but can be switch out to a Wahl fade blade if that's your style. The guards are fine but are mislabeled. The 1-4 are actually .5-2 in Wahl sizes. If you're doing any clipper of comb cutting or bulk cutting, it's not good. Overall, I'm happy with it but I'll probably look for another clipper that can do it all.Update, you can't fit a wahl cutting (moving) blade without modding these. Works as advertised. Really good for a cheaper set. Would have liked to have more guards in the set for longer hair. My son likes his hair longer than what the guards allow. Doesn't pull hair at all.
