Can't speak to its durability with confidence since baby isn't big enough to really tear it apart yet, but so far so good. We've had it for a few weeks so far. To lay it all out:Pros:* Material is really gentle for a baby's hands. It's soft and plush so there should be little to no concern regarding impact or injury.* Decent size, neither too small nor too large. Just right in terms of width.* There are no lights, batteries, or music associated with it - just a plain, simple ball, which is good for those who are interested in that sort of thing. There are also no chimes on the inside.* Various uses (as exhibited by 7mo), such as tag-pulling, rolling, tossing, drumming/smacking, holding.* Keeps baby engaged to learn more about motion and weight between different objects/shapesCons:* Construction. Visible stitching which keeps each patch of the ball woven with the others, which may result in poor durability with active play. On the other hand, if you know how to sew, you may be able to fix it up yourself.* Cleaning. Lacks a comprehensive guide as far as I'm aware - be careful not to use too much water and soap, as spot-cleaning may be best utilized. When run under water and soap, you'll have to squeeze to get rid of what's soaked inside.All in all, it's probably one of the best balls on the market for infants (at least on Amazon) which tick off most of my boxes. This ball is for my granddaughters 1 year Easter basket. It the perfect size, colors and details are sweet. It’s also a perfect balance of softness but not squishy. It will hold its shape and act like a ball but nobody gets hurt either. Really cuter in person. Read more

Just what you would expect. Both my daughters love it and there is a 2 year age difference the youngest being only 1. You can throw it around the house and the whole family can play, amazing how a simple little soft ball can entertain so well. Read more

Der Softball ist sehr schön (weich) und die Farbe und das Muster hat uns sehr für unsere Tochter gefallen. Zudem dachten wir, dass wir bei der Firma Haba nichts verkehrt machen können. Der Preis ist auch in Ordnung.Haben den Ball bestellt und unsere Tochter bekam ihn von Oma und Opa an Ostern geschenkt.Leider lösen sich nach nun knapp 2½ Wochen die Nähte und dass obwohl der Ball noch nicht mal täglich und lange bespielt wurde, von unserer jetzt 7 Monate alten Tochter. Dieser Ball ist nicht zu empfehlen! Wir sind unglaublich entsetzt. Unsere Tochter ist 9 Monate alt und steckt wie jedes Kind alles in den Mund. Sie hat in den Ball gebissen und ein Stück des Balls abgebissen und heruntergeschluckt. Wir sind sprachlos. Sowas darf einfach nicht passieren. Zwei Stücke hat sie rausgebissen. Es handelt sich um einen softball super für kleine Kinder da dieser leicht zu greifen ist, er lässt sich leicht greifen und ist mit einem Lappen leicht zu reinigen. Unter fließendem Wasser sollte man ihn nicht reinigen da sonst das innen leben (watte) nass wird.Der Ball riecht nicht unangenehm und fällt auch sonst nicht negativ in der Verarbeitung auf.
