A little smaller than I thought, but the perfect size for a one year old. The cup is soft silicone so there are no sharp edges to worry about. Dropping it on the floor does not hurt it. It is also easy to clean. The two handles allow my son to easily hold it. A little pricey in my opinion but a good option for a trainer cup. I also like the little cutout to make drinking easier. I wanted to love this product but after only a few uses, it got a permanent stain on the handles. My had pureed squash on his hands when he used it. I washed it quickly but couldn’t get the stain off. I am expecting a better quality for the price. Too bad bc it is the most ergonomic silicone training cup I’ve seen so far. My toddler was able to use it from the get go. I learned not to fill the cup with too much water or there will be spillage. I have a pitcher with water and I fill it up little by little. If you don't fill it up to the brim, it is pretty sturdy and doesn't topple. It's important to position the cup the right way.
