I have 400 plus oz in one month just from using the haakaa on the opposite side while my little one nurses! I am so impressed with this! I am a labor and delivery nurse and also specialize in lactation and recommend this to every breastfeeding mom! Especially those early months where engorgement happens frequently! I absolutely LOVE the Haakaa!! It is probably the best product for breastfeeding that I’ve ever purchased. The haakaa comes in 2 sizes and since I almost always get less than 2.5 oz of milk, I figured the 3 oz would be a good size. However because of the way this latches on to your breast after about 2 oz it fills up and then the access milk fills up where the haakaa attaches.I would definitely recommend it, I just learned the hard way, it is not a full 3 oz of useable. This has been great to have when I’m feeding in one side because it suctions to the other side and catches what would be lost. It’s also been great for traveling as I can have it on in the car as a passenger. Baby sleeps more on car trips so it’s great to use this to get more out after feeding him a bit. Warning is to not fall asleep with it attached because it will come unattached and will spill on you. Read more
This is an easy to use tool for catching the letdown on the opposite breast if attached with minimum suction, or for grabbing a few ounces if attached more firmly. A wiggly baby could kick it off if positioned feet across your belly, and your partner will think you're crazy, but I'm glad I had it in the beginning. Read more

Can’t say enough good things about the haakaa! I have the 4oz and 6oz option - the 4oz has SIGNIFICANTLY more suction than the 6oz. The 6oz also feels excessive, I’m lucky to get 3 oz at a time so the 4oz is more than sufficient. Love the suction cup base too! Read more
