I'm a fan, because they totally work and save me from having to spend the day after drinking laid up in bed! For a more intense night of drinking, I'll take one or two after a few drinks and another two at the end of the night. If I would have had a baby hangover, usually I'm 100% the next day if I take H-Proof, and if I go really hard, I might not be completely at 100%, but definitely functional and able to go about my day (when I would have otherwise had one of those infamous two-day hangovers, yuck). My first introduction to H Proof was at a wedding. There were small packets of 2 on the bar. So clever to have this available at a venue where people are celebrating, having several drinks throughout the night. I'm not a huge drinker but hate that heavy head feeling the next morning after having several drinks. I tried Black Cherry at the wedding and just received my Tangerine flavor in the mail. I have had more than my share of nights of drinking too much. Now going into my 40’s I realize that I can’t bounce back easily the next morning like I used to when I was 20. Had really high hopes for this product - reading all the reviews and information. Unfortunately, it didn’t really help. I had 3 manhattan cocktails, took a couple of these pills, and in the morning I still woke up with a small headache. I tried it again the next night just to see if the results were any different. Had about the same to drink the next night. took a couple of the tabs afterwards. THEN - I took a couple more tabs right before going to bed. Same result the next morning - minor headache. It may have “helped” lessen the effects but definitely still felt hungover the next morning. I prefer Liquid I.V. or Pedialyte powder. Hope this helps. Read more

I used to take a multivitamin and an ibuprofen before bed and after drinking — now I take this stuff! Amazing! Really helps with that foggy Ugh feeling the morning after a drinking session with friends! I really put it to the test after one specific night of many drinks (too many drinks), and while I definitely still had a hangover, the pills TOTALLY helped and probably cut that would-be awful hangover hurt in half.
