They were okay before they changed the formula. Now they don’t give the same (if any) energy boost. Changing their label to 6000mg was just marketing hype. How can they be stronger in a smaller capsule? Just doesn’t make sense. I simply cannot trust a company that does that. I would give them a zero rating if I could. I was loving this product when it only had 1200 mg of Guarana. Now the product has CHANGED to 6000 mg, which I received by reordering the previous 2 bottles. This is no little increase in dosage. This is 5x the difference of what I had been taking before. I didn't notice the difference in strength until after I opened the bottle so now I am stuck with it. It gives me headaches and makes me feel like I drank a couple dozen double cappuccinos. You simply can't change the dose of a product like this and consider it the same one. Read more

Maybe a little weaker than I expected - I guessing three capsules is similar to 2 cups of regular coffee and maybe 1 espresso. But, that could be a good thing, also, as I'm using it to both lower my caffeine intake, and elevate my metabolism at work to burn a few more calories. It's 6000 mg "equivalent" - label states that one serving size (2 capsules) is 300 mg Guarana 20:1 Extract and is equivalent to 6000 mg of Guarana seed powder. I've already achieved some weight loss, although I've altered my caloric intake also, so there's that. But, my caffeine intake per day has dramatically reduced. And, I don't feel as jittery/shaky as when I was super-caffeinated. YMMV. I cannot really rate the flavor, because it's a capsule and it's swallowed whole, but I can say that, as far as results, I don't feel a real difference. I am happy it does not give me the jitters, however I do not feel as energized as I would expect. I bought many years ago some guarana' powder in Brazil, and THAT was an experience! I felt so energized and did not feel tired even after long trips. This is not comparable to that, for sure. Read more
