My daughter uses these for long open water swims. Personally I am trying to increase my own distance, but in the pool. I was skeptical but, these really give steady energy with no crash. I was able to swim farther with this sustained energy. Will be buying more. Read more

These gel's are very good tasting and are easy to digest. My only advice would be to pre-open the packages you plan to eat during the run as tearing them open mid-run is a bit difficult. Read more

Gu energy chews are in my pocket for long bike rides and in the pack for day hikes. I eat two at a time when im feeling drained and they give me sustained energy not just a sugar rush. They taste delicious, I like the pomegranate flavored ones. I’ve shared them with friends on the trails and they are a hit. Great energy snack that’s not in the granola bar or chocolate family.
