So I rarely write reviews, because I either need to be majorly impressed or extremely pissed off, and I am definitely not pissed off lol. If we are just talking basic bioavailable vitamins, there is no comparison! I have taken multi vitamins for a while with no "noticeable effect" and this is not the case with this organ complex. I can feel the sustained energy. People ask me constantly "how do you have the energy you do?" and while it used to some times be an abundance of caffeine, it is not the case anymore! I have been on the carnivore diet for over a year, and while the benefit has been massive, this has helped me take it to a new level! I sleep better, I wake up with energy, I have a clear mind, and I am always sharp with my thoughts and actions. Decent price for a must have supplement. I've done a lot of research on consuming bovine, and ovine organs for overral organ health, but was always apprehensive because of the price. Well that was until I found this brand with a perfect mix of organ meat at a value.I can't really describe how I feel since taking these supplements. All I can say is it give you a "pep" in your step. I feel myself being more positive, more energetic, and just general overrall wellness.I would only warn people about the dosage, it varies for everybody. I found that when I took the suggested dose of 6 capsules I felt a little anxious, irritable and flustered. When I did more research I found that consuming supplements like this in high dosage it may cause your liver to detox. So now I stick to 3 capsules and I feel just right. These capsules go down very easily and are not too large given the amount of nutrients delivered. There is no unpleasant flavor or odor that I can perceive and I am very sensitive when it comes to taste and smell. As I said, I had no idea what to expect from these pills. The stuff that's in the pills sounds rather gross, but nonetheless, I decided to give it a shot. After a couple of days, I didn't notice too much, but after two weeks, I just felt better. I had more energy and felt lighter; I'm not sure why, but I did. I was hesitant because of the price, but I'm happy I decided to go ahead with it.
