The media could not be loaded.  I want to warn you if you didn't pay attention: is a high-calorie protein! - also that this protein already contains 4.3 grams of BCAAs per serving. The resulting cocktail seemed sweet enough to me and I am increasing the recommended dose of liquid. The cocktail has a very pleasant, pronounced vanilla flavor. Stirring this protein in a blender creates a light and airy shake. To test the solubility and taste of the protein, I prepared two shakes as usual: one in water and one in milk. You can see the result in my video and below I will briefly describe my observations: - Protein dissolves perfectly in cold milk using a blender. There are no lumps or sediment in the bowl or in the cocktail; - in water at room temperature, using a shaker, the protein did not dissolve so well. The cocktail contained lumps of different sizes from undissolved powder; - the protein has a wonderful vanilla flavor; - I didn't like the measuring cap. It has a very short handle and did not fit my medium neck shaker; - I also want to note that the weight of the protein in the measuring cap does not correspond to what is written on the package - pay attention to this. You can see this at the end of my video. In conclusion, I want to say this protein gives a good feeling of fullness, but I would not recommend taking it with you in order to mix it with water in a shaker if necessary. If you're familiar with "fresh juice bars" this is the protein powder they use. Very easy to mix, blends amazing, no overly sweet or gritty after taste. The taste is superb!
