These do take a little extra care to be most effective so be prepared... if you just toss a pod or two in the wash with your cold load you will likely find chunks of undisolved pieces in your laundry. I make a point to run them under the water as the tub fills to dissolve the tablet in cold water. In warm water I haven't had the problem. Does not deter me. I also use the regular version of this brand for adult clothes and have been satisfied. Clothes are softer after use. My older towels have softened, wish I had been using all along. Now back to this variety, when you open the bag it smells EXACTLY like boxed hair dye. Clothes do smell pleasant after wash. I prefer the scent of the newborn one but this still smells nice. The smell is fantastic.Positives: Smell, easy on daughter's skinNegatives: Smell doesn't linger, does not get out stainsLike another reviewer, I help the pod dissolve by pouring a little water on it before I shut the washer. I also put it right under where the water comes out. Does that mean the pod doesn't dissolve? No, not necessarily, but every now and then I would end up with chunks in the washer when unloading, so this guarantees this doesn't happen. I switched to these when my daughter was young and had issues with eczema. It definitely helped keep the irritation down. Plus no chemicals one of the competitors has. They definitely do nothing for food that gets on the shirts. I have to pretreat with Shout or other pretreater in order to get them out. Read more

Love how easy it is to use but the scent is horrible and way too strong and doesn’t come off even after several washes with unscented detergent. I sneeze around it and so does my baby.. I decided to try this detergent because I read that it washes the poopy stains off but the scent turned me off forever. I’m trying to finish the package now by only using it with disposable diapers. I wish the scent was gentle and more pleasant. Read more

I love this detergent. I am a huge dreft fan because I just love the smell and it works well . My whole family have very sensitive skin , but I am a stickler for good smells and getting my laundry very clean , smell nice and my whites and pastels bright , so this did the job ! The scent I got Is calming chamomile which is beautiful , not overwhelming and makes my laundry smell great . Yes a little pricey but worth it . thank you Grab Green for making the best smelling baby detergent ever! Being green is an icing on the cake too! I used the Newborn detergent when my son was born and it smelled amazing, I would even buy it again just to remember... since the newborn one finished, I used other detergents and none of them came close to this. I am happy I switched back. 5months+ has a great smell too and keeps its freshness over a few days. I like these pods. Throw it in with all my daughter’s clothes and clothes are squeaky clean and smell fresh. Slightly pricey for the bag but fragrance is delicious. So far so good no allergies.I use this to wash my tshirts that way when I hold my daughter constantly she’s not exposed to chemicals from the regular detergent. But doing that I’m not sure if this is capable of getting rid of adult grime or dirt. Read more

It’s just ok. I liked the yellow package so much better, this was a bit of a let down.I’ve recently got into cloth diapering and it seems Tide is the best for cleaning human waste. I have used these for my 6 month old since the day she was born. I LOVE the scent and I love that they are safe for newborns and sensitive skin. My daughter is no longer a “newborn” but Im not sure if I want to go on to the “baby” pods because of the scent. I sometimes use these for my clothes too… they don’t get rid of all the stains by itself, but seem to work well when used with a stain remover. I also use these with the dryer sheets in the same scent and makes the scent last for weeks. Read more
