I really wanted to love pomade. It truly has a decently strong hold, it's very matte, and it doesn't produce residue. Plus you only need a small amount.However. The smell. I can't even describe it other than off-putting. It's not a clay smell, nor is it a cologne like scent you find in some hair products. It's very much a chemical-like smell.I don't think others would notice it on you, but my wife sure does when we are close. She agrees it is an odd and unpleasant smell.If it weren't for that, I'd like using this! A little goes a long way, and it's flexible while giving a nice hold. Read more
