I love this product. Used it for finger waves and styling an unnatural part with no flyaways. Also makes shorter bangs a million times more manageable for updos. Can saturate hair to keep it stiff and without movement or use less and brush it out to keep it in place but keep it soft like in the last picture. Read more

This *is* your mother's mousse... or for those of us who grew up in the 80s and 90s, it's the mousse you remember. Unlike a lot of other mousses I've tried, this one goes on thick and can be a bit tacky. You definitely wouldn't want to let your hair air dry with this, because you'll get sticky, crunchy pieces. This might sound negative but if you want mousse for volume, body and texture then this stuff WORKS! My hair is fine and has a little natural wave (more like a bunch of cow licks). On it's own, and even with a lot of products I've tried, it stays flat and is too soft/fine to do much with. But with this mousse, I feel like my hair has twice the volume it normally does and it enhances the wave. The tackiness I mentioned earlier means it also has some texture, so I can shape it, and it holds. So it won't give you "run your fingers through your hair" softness, but it definitely gives you volume, texture, and body. Read more

This stuff turned my hair to steel wool. I could not get a comb or brush through it without getting all stuck and tangled. Pulled chunks of hair out when I finally got the brush out. Great stuff if you could style first and then apply because it would set up like plastic so your hair would never move again. Read more

This product is sticky and very hard to work with. It’s like. Glue especially when you add a blow dryer to your wet hair with this product in it. If you have fine hair like I do this product is not for you, it literally pulls out your hair while brushing & blow drying. I usually use the Fat-tastic but thought I would try this to see if it would keep my style on damp days. Which, it also does not! I heard some people didn't like this because it did not have collagen the previous type. I did not see the same vibrancy with the collagen mousse.
