This is a great lighted, magnifying makeup mirror. And there's no electric cord! This is my first makeup mirror that is rechargeable battery-powered. It's got a much slimmer profile than my previous mirror. I've had it for a few weeks now and I've only had to recharge it once. I charged it overnight and I was good to go the next morning. There's a couple of different brightness intensity settings. You tap the mirror in the little designated circle (about the size of a dime) at the bottom twice to turn it on or off. This mirror works fine. It is not as bright as I would like, and is awkward to control. If you accidentally hold the touch button too long it changes the brightness. The charge dies not hold great so I end up keeping it plugged in, which defeats the purpose of having it be cordless. Otherwise it starts dimming in just a couple of days. I looked extensively for a replacement for my previous one but it is no longer made, so I settled for this one. It's probably the best cordless out there for now. I had one from Costco before - superbright and good charge, but the port broke so it was no longer chargeable. They no longer carry that item. Read more

This makeup mirror looks great sitting on the vanity in my new bathroom. I love that it doesn't have a cord attached and when it's charged the light lasts a long time between charges. This is my second mirror because I took my first one on vacation and left it in the hotel. Our next stop I realized I'd left it behind and immediately ordered a new one. I was not sure this makeup mirror would be any different from other mirrors. Charing was a breeze. I simply pulled it in when I received it in the mail and went to bed.
