First, this is a great product. Second, it is made for short term use.I was using it every day, for months. It dried up my mouth, my throat, my eyes and nose.I suffered with yeast overgrowth in my mouth, extreme dry eye and a painful mouth.Two doctors and my dentist thought that I had an auto immune disease. I have had bad allergies for years. This worked for me but I figured I would have to use it every day. It works out that I wait until I have a sneezing attack and then I use it. About once a week. I used to have sneezing attacks every day off and on through the day. During the pandemic before I retired I was always worried that somebody would think I was sick when I knew it was allergies. An online pharmacist made a video to help people. He recommended this, nasalcrom, advil cold and sinus, an over the counter inhaler (or prescribed one) and iodine nasal inhaler for the you know what sickness going around. It all helped. Especially the nasalcrom for smell and taste. Read more
