Out of desperation, i bought this on a whim to help with a stomach ache. I don’t usually buy gnc products but I was at the mall and decided to go for it. I initially took it a couple times a day and started feeling so much better. I later found out i had 5 parasites and candida that were causing my symptoms. After running out of this I tried 3 other types of charcoal while doing a parasite cleanse. This was by far the most effective. I tried a couple different types of coconut charcoal which didn’t help very much at all. If u need charcoal for whatever reason, I highly recommend this product. Read more
