This comes with 8 tubes of fun face/body paint. Also included is a small round, segment palette and a brush. The palette is plastic, a bit thin, but fine for the intended use. The brush is generic quality, and arrived in a less than ideal condition. Fortunately, the important component of this product offering, the paints are a winner.They come in a wonderful assortment of neon colors. In daylight they have a nice 'day glow' appearance. When they are 'charged' with ultraviolet light (easiest manner is sunlight), the paint will glow in the dark.The significant other is excited to use this on Halloween. I don't think she'll actually wait that long. I'm sure she'll take it out when her friend and her children come over, and paint their faces. To test, she put a small dab and let it sit outside in the sun. Hours later she took it inside, to a darkened room. She yelled out that it works. i told her to bring it to me so I can see. When she did, I laughed because I'm at my computer is a well lit room. So, the effect wasn't as evident. haha. I did have to go back to the darkened room to see the small dots glow, because I know better.While not tested for this aspect, we appreciate that cleanup is simply soap and water. So, it will be easy to remove the paint. Trust me, her friend will be happiest that the paint can be removed from her kids with just soap and water.This is a fun product. My kids adore glow baths so we do our best to find ways to make different variations of them happen as often as possible. These blacklight-reactive paints are perfect for using in a glow bath to paint with or for just coloring the water so that it glows bright in a blacklight. It's great to know that they're skin-safe since they're going into bathwater, and they definitely glow BRIGHT when exposed to black light power. We use a submersible pond blacklight in our tub for this and it is literally one of the best ways to entertain a kid - bath time can easily last an hour when we do one of these special glow baths!Paints are well pigmented and we have been mixing with glycerin so kids can use them as bath time paints in the blacklight, or it takes maybe half a tube to make the water really glow bright when used in an entire tub of water. Tubes are small but a little does go a long way - I was worried they would be thin or diluted, but they're actually decent quality.Overall super happy with these and will purchase again! Recommended. I'll have to find my own.These are made in ChinaThese are made to place on skin, but should work on practically any surface.The colors are bright and easy to use, but I did notice some color separation.You get a tiny dish that you can put paint on for easier application.I highly recommend getting extra brushes at a dollar store to use so each color has its own brush.We understand that these paints do require light exposure to work, but we are struggling to get them to glow.
