This is so much easier than using small ice pieces to roll on your face! The silicone material doesn’t get your hands super cold. I ordered this item in the color pink, so I was surprised to see a black Glow Cube arrive. This didn't matter much to me, though. What bothered me was how filthy the item was - dusty, almost ashy, and even looked like it had some light makeup on it. Ultimately, I decided I wanted to keep the product anyways and cleaned it up nicely rather than bother to return it. The Glow Cube came in a cute holographic bag which is reusable, so that was cute. Functionality-wise, it's great! I love how big it is because the ice melts fast when used on warm skin. I don't have much trouble with it leaking out of the part that seals. The design is a little odd in that that top overflows as it freezes. I usually have to let the Glow Cube melt while I'm in a hot shower for it to be perfectly smooth at the top. I don't think it's a design flaw, though, I just think that's the nature of having a hole at the top for water. Overall, love the product, dislike the consumer experience. Read more

With acne prone skin during a pandemic this product has been very beneficial. I normally use ice from the ice dispenser from my refrigerator on my face day and night to help with red bumps and discoloration. However, using this product is so much better. I don’t have to worry about my hands getting too cold to hold the ice, the silicone make of this product helps with that discomfort. It’s just so convenient and helpful with keeping the acne subsided! I see some people struggle with taking the top of the silicone off. A tip that I have is to fill it up normally but only 90%, squeeze the flow cube to ensure it’s not overly filled and when you’re ready to use run under some warm water for a couple seconds to loosen it up. Thought this might take some getting used to but feels really nice even in the Winter. Can be quite messy in that it drips everywhere so I'd wear a towel and wrap some kitchen towel around the part you hold. Doesn't leak, fits nicely, can usually get a few uses before needing to refill. Surprised by how much I like it, should use it more really as it's very soothing and relaxing to use. Read more
