I am not giving this 5 stars because I am REALLY disappointed in the new packaging. I bought this months ago and it was in a normal loose powder container. The product itself is great with my very red, very flushed looking skin. I love the result, its long lasting and has no smell.I feel the new packaging is SO wasteful. I ended up dumping it into my old container I think there is WAY less powder in the container for the same price. I wish I could find a similar product in a normal loose powder container. The powder itself is great. Unfortunately, the new packaging makes it literally impossible to use without dumping 95% of the powder all over yourself or your clothing. Wow! What can I say.....it's the holy grail of making facial redness disappear. I have rosacea and also very sensitive, red skin. Until now, nothing has really covered the redness. Some products will lighten it somewhat, but it always comes back during the day. Glo Minerals Redness Relief powder really did the job. It was easy to apply -- I put it on over my makeup (but under blush, because, you know -- red) like I would a normal finishing powder. It's light and easily blends in, and you only need a tiny bit. I have been a regular buyer of this product and it has worked really well for my redness. However, they recently changed the packaging and it is awful and wasteful. This stuff is not cheap and id rather not have most of it end up on the counter, floor and my clothes everytime i apply it. I would give the product itself 5 stars but am giving a 2 star because of the packaging. I hope they change it back, otherwise i will not be buying again. Read more

I had been using a redness relief loose powder cosmetic brand from a major department store for years and loved it. They quit selling this type of loose powder. I saw the Glo Minerals brand and decided to give it a try and am glad I did. This product is every bit as good as the brand I was using and is reasonably priced which makes it a better brand to me. I only use the powder on a couple of areas of my face (chin and forehead) that I have redness and it corrects/minimizes the problem to the point I do not notice the redness. This product blends well and even though there seems to be a small amount in the ocntainer, it lasts for a long time. This powder is very drying to my skin on it's own. I had to experiment with how to apply it. I have to dab a tiny bit on my kabuki brush and then mix it with my Maybelline finishing veil. A little goes a long way and it's easy to apply too much. It usually winds up caking a bit on my chin and in the corners of my nose, but overall it gives my skin a nice finish to it if I don't over apply it. The first few times I tried applying it, I looked awful because it was caking around my pores way too much and I almost threw it away. I'm glad I gave it another try, though it may take a bit more trial and error to get perfect.I have fair skin (Between type I and II) and this powder blends perfectly into my skin tone. A lot of beauty products designed to cover facial redness have a green tint, but I read that while green neutralizes red in paints it doesn't work the same way on the skin, and that yellow is a better choice. That has been my experience (I threw out my first green concealer), and this product has been good for covering the red more naturally, although I find I cannot wear it alone. It also does not go well with the lighter of my two shades of mineral foundation. But it is excellent with the darker foundation and looks more natural than any liquid concealer. I used to buy Sunforgettable which I like but was too expensive. This is like talcum powder on your face, not very usable, it my protect you from the sun but you look like a ghost in the process. Read more

This stuff works well to cover redness and blemishes. I don't use it for full face coverage because it makes me look washed out but it's great for using with other. I real powders that don't cover redness. Read more
