This thing is expensive, but worth it, especially if you factor in the cost of professional teeth whitening. I know this because my mom works at a dental office. Initially I was hesitant to try because my past experience with in home teeth whitening trays always left my gums red and painful in the days that following. It's now been about 3 and a half weeks that I've been using it and so far no issues. I recently received this product, I have very sensitive gums but I read that this kit's gel was good and not painful. I dont feel any discomfort. I've done 2 treatments so far it's all great. I'll be buying the gels separately. Also this is a cheaper alternative to the dentist. I went to the dentist around 2 years ago and the gel was strong and I couldn't finish the time of the treatment. The vials in mine were dry rotted so to speak. When I tried to squeeze the gel out the entire sides split and the gel came oozing out. I didn't notice a difference at all in my teeth however, I sent this back and ordered from the actual maker of the product (same price) and noticed a huge difference in color of my teeth. Absolutely a must have! Worth every penny! Don't think about it, just buy it! Amazing results and fast results that are lasting! I was seeing results after just one use. No irritation while applying this product to teeth. Applying the tube of of jel to your teen is pretty easy and doesn't tast bad. One jel tube lasts for more uses than instructed. It goes a long way but I use mine sparingly. I applied it every day for 6 days for 32 minutes. Yes its a little annoying having to do 4 sessions of 8 minutes every day but it's totally worth your time. Mouth guard fits comfortably and you will have a lot of saliva build up in the 8 minute session but the mouth piece will keep it in your mouth pretty well. The results are worth every minute of your time! I waited a month to do another 6 days worth of sessions. Yes I'm not following directions properly but I do feel like I waited long enough to start again. I have enough jel to finish my week out. I'm on day 2 of my 2nd round of sessions. The last photo taken today. Keep in mind I smoke and I drink a lot of coffee and tea. My teeth were so yellow it was disgusting!
