This is a shame. Armani code profumo is supposed to be a superb product. I ordered this eau de parfum,not cologne or toilette because I like strong concentration, so I expected just that, a strong concentration that would last for hours. However, this one only lasts a few seconds. I only smell it as I'm spraying it. After that, the smell disappeared. It's just like spraying sprinkling water on your body. This is not the first bad experience I've had with perfumery purchased on Amazon. In the first instances I simply thought I happened to have purchased from the wrong sellers who sell fake stuff, but all subsequent products are just the same. The funny thing, I purchased the exact same product from Macy's, of course at a higher price, but the smell stays for days on my clothes. I guess I just cannot purchase perfumery at Amazon no more... I have been an Armani Code user for years....thought I would try the Profumo. It had a strong chemical aroma that overwhelmed everything else. I have no explanation.....bad batch.....counterfeit.......I dont know; but very disappointing. Read more

I took a chance ordering this even though it has bad reviews. The running theme seems to be that the smell doesn’t last long. It’s true. The scent is literally gone in less than 10 minutes. Not sure if it’s fake or been stored at the wrong temperature but either way it’s extremely disappointing and not something you should expect from a amazon “ prime” product. I have been wearing Code Black since I first found the insert in a magazine while I was in Atlantic City a number of years ago - I fell in love with it. When I saw the "Brown" version (as I call it) - I had to order it for the upcoming Fall based on the 'notes' indicated in the description.
