Very subjective; as a background, I have a huge collection including many dozens of top-end parfumeur fragrances, Creed, Montale, Amouage, Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Le Labo, etc. etc. I really do like Acqua Di Gio, and am a major fan of aqua and fougere type fragrances. I thought that this would be a riff on AdG. That, it is not. The best I can describe this as is, "cloying baby powder". It bears no discernible relation to Acqua di Gio. This won't even land in my collection - directly into the "out box". Too bad. I shouldn't have made any assumptions. Read more

I have been a traditional Acqua Di Gio fan 20 plus years. It was and is a standalone scent, something that makes everyone ask, always know and love.The new Profundo is BETTER. How? Who knows. But Armani has done an amazing job at making something better. I love the fruitiness and robust notes, but soft enough to just wear at home without being nosey. Awesome Read more

This had to grow on me. I was a bit underwelmed initially until I increased my collection and revisited it. I have to over spray it because otherwise, you well have longevity issues. A great summer fragrance ... Sits closer to you but when you move around others will smell it. I got a great deal here as this was over 100 dollars at Macy's.
