Everything was well packaged. I have sensitive skin and I was a little skeptical hoping it wouldn’t burn my skin as I read from the bad reviews, well for me I tried it and honestly it didn’t burn my skin. Just a slight tingling feeling but not bad at all and I used this to do my eyebrows (yes it does say not to use for eyebrows) it worked very well on them and my upper lip. Directions do also say it’s 5 minutes or 8 minutes for the max nothing further otherwise that MAY be why the burning comes in. Also very less painful and quick. Anyways great product. I really wanted to use this for my underarms because I have very thick dark hair and light skin so even when I shave you can still kinda see what looks like stubble (ugh thank you Greek genes :/) Anyway I was really hoping because this is supposed to dissolve hair further beneath the skin that it might get rid of that stubble look and give me a break from shaving. Unfortunately it really didn’t do either, it just irritated my skin horribly..
