So, Since Quarantine I have started doing my own waxing. Everything is going well except cleaning my machine after. As of now I have ordered this product twice and each time came half empty. The tops to these containers are just loose and youre lucky if by the time it makes it to you there will be anything left. It is comparable to buying a bag of chips (Still half air even if whats in it is good).The first bottle I got was 1/4 full, and the second bottle I got was 1/2 full.Otherwise the product works great to clean your machine but, you essentially would need to buy a new bottle after a cleaning or two. Defeats the costly purpose of doing your own wax if you have to just keep buying it. It is a better investment to go with another company that just fills the bottles. Read more

I tried many ways to remove the wax stuck to the warmer but nothing worked. Finally I got this product, dabbed a little on cotton and rubbed for few seconds. And it worked like a charm! I have attached before and after pics. I think it will work on outside surface only. As it didnt helped in cleaning the inside part(container) where you actually melt the wax. Anyways I will still recommend it if you like to keep your warmers nice and clean. Read more

Like others have mentioned, the bottle came leaking. I’d say about 1/4 was lost. I’m not sure why it leaked, as there was a foil seal under the cap. Maybe it’s composition of the cleaner that eats away at the seal? Regardless, I have to say this product works extremely well. I have a Gigi was warmer that I purchased in 2013. Just think of 7 years of wax buildup on it. It was no match for this cleaner! You do have to work it into the wax, but it all came of. A little bit went a long way, so I still have plenty left, even with the little that leaked out. I would buy this again. Read more

It's kind of like nail polish remover, but for wax :) works great. When I first got my wax warmer I didn't take care of it like I should have and it hit a lot of wax dripped on it and what not. This stuff cleaned it so well it looks brand new! Read more

This is the only product I use to get wax residue off of my waxing equipment. It works fast and effortlessly. Simply apply a little bit on a cotton round and wipe away. Let it sit on greater build up areas and within seconds you will be able to wipe over it and remove the spots.I have only used this on non-porous surfaces, and it has never let me down.Price wise, you can definitely find this cheaper in stores but I liked the convenience of not having to deal with the outside world right now so it was worth it. I work in esthetics and I've tried other brands of wax collars and always come back to GiGi. They're a little more substantial than others I've used and the price point is comparable. If you use a wax warmer and don't use collars you're going to spend a lot of time cleaning up wax strings/spills/drips or you're going to have a nasty looking wax warmer. Neither option is a good one. One of these on each side keeps my double wax warmer nice and clean! BOTTOM LINE: If you use a wax warmer, you need collars or you'll have a giant mess to clean up. I’ve tried many brands of wax collars and found them flimsy and Ill-fitting. These collars are wonderful! They are thick and sturdy and fit my 14 oz warmers perfectly. Being a professional in the field I’m not too impressed with GiGi products but these will be a definite repurchase! Read more

I'm glad I've got it. it came completely packed so no way that smth was missing from there. I checked: it cleans from both hard and soft wax. I'm a nurse and it smells to me pretty much as disinfectant for hands, so if anyone has it, you probably could try to use that. but anyway, I like this stuff, my waxing things are not sticky or messy anymore and after all it smells like orange!mmm... juicy! )))) Read more
