I bought 3. Each one for one of my kids and within an hour of each other they got holes. They were not playing with them rough/stomping on them/ biting them/ throwing them/ stretching them too far or whatever else you can think of and they just popped. I would not recommend. I'm older and have arthritic hands and wanted something to help keep my fingers limber. I saw this listed as a strengthener and thought it would be more fun then the usual grip ball, but it's more of a toy then for increasing hand strength.It's filled with beads, water and air. As you squeeze it the air/water/beads simply move into another area of it so it does not provide any resistance that will increase your grip strength. It's just too squishy.It's also noisy. The water inside it sloshes around and the sound is annoying to me after a while.My last complaint is that the material of the outer ball attracts pet hair and lint. It's easy enough to rinse off but every time I set it down it seems to pick up something or other and just looked dirty. Read more
I got this large squishy water bead ball for my kid and he loves it! I actually like playing with it as well because it is soothing.
