These are perfect for my u-part wig. I got tired of sewing it onto my real hair, which was damaging it, and these clips make it just as secure as sewing. I attach them to perimeter braids that I put in my hair. You want to make sure that the braids are too thick around the perimeter, otherwise, the clips won't snap close. They don't pull at your hair. You can sleep with them in, shower with them in, exercise with them in. It also saved me a lot of time while doing my hair - just snap n style! I wish I would have thought to use these years ago. I bought these wigs with the intention of sewing them into a wig to add more stability (the actress who the wig is on has very short hair). These are really good clips! These have two holes on each side instead of just one (I see a lot of clips with only one hole on each side). The difference is that clips with two holes can be sewn much more securely into the wig than those with only one. They help hold the wig perfectly in place on her head (It's a very long, heavy wig.)
