Did not effect my preworkout flavor at all and it was nice to not have to mix up a separate creatine drink. This is one of the top rated creatines i have used. Coming from a gym junkie that is high praise!! I take 1 scoop with my pre workout and it mixes in nicely with no taste. Hence it being unflavored. Some results that i have gotten include. +25 pounds on bench press. +45 on squat. +20 on shoulder press. This all happened in a 2-3 week span after taking this product. I made sure i wasn't do anything different besides taking this so i could accurately asses my results. Clearly the results were there because before I started this my gains were plateauing.
