I was prescribed Berberis and it has really helped me with my digestion. I had to take two twice a day for 3 months. At first, it was a little too much for my stomach to take, so my doctor told me to start with two once a day and gradually get to two twice a day. She said that anything less than four a day is not therapeutic and it will not heal the gut. It's been a year since I took it last. This product is not meant to be taken on a long-term basis, 4 months at the most. Read more
