I purchased 2 different types of cooling face masks to use after a treatment to remove precancerous skin issues on my face (PDT blue light treatment). This mask is THE BEST! I purchased two based on reviews, and this one ended up being my favorite.It only takes a couple of minutes out of the freezer to become malleable to mold around your face. It fits comfortably, with eye/nose/mouth holes to be able to leave on for extended periods (or until it thaws all the way). The straps are long enough to fit straight across the back of your head, but I actually preferred to fasten them crossed over for a better fit, and they were long enough to do this too.I ended up using these masks for the 36 hours following my procedure, and it made a WORLD of difference on my skin's reaction. My doctor thought I would have a severe reaction to the PDT therapy because of the amount of precancerous cells she detected, but because of this mask, the reaction was really minimal!I think this would be an awesome mask just to put on when you need to relax and refresh as well, or if you have a headache. Oh my gosh!I have seasonal allergies, so my face gets all puffy and beat up.I knew from previous experiences, that using a cooling/heating face mask helped keep the ugly appearance at bay. (I bought a 3 pack because my children suffer the safe fate as me.🤣)Anyway, this mask helps SO MUCH! I really enjoy using it at night, or when I do an "at home spa day". It's very relaxing and soothing, and helps me to de-stress.So far I've only cooled it in the fridge because it's my allergy season and in order to de-puff my face I need the cold. (Do NOT FREEZE IT, it will ruin the product.) Just put it in the fridge about an hour or 2 before use. Helps me fall asleep fairly quickly and helps me to relax quicker too.But my kids love it warm! We usually warm it for about 20 seconds. They'll wait about 10 seconds and then they put it on their faces and drift right off to sleep.Warm or cold, this is a good decent product. Well worth the money! Friendly tip: HAND WASH this eye mask, ALWAYS. (I used dawn soap and let it dry on hangers.) DO NOT put it in the dryer. Let it air dry!! Read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the perfect fit of this mask! The eyes, nose, and mouth openings lined up perfectly. And, the two sets of Velcro straps make it easy to fit it snugly against the face. There isn't anything negative that I can say about this mask. I looked at a lot of different masks on here to get. I am REALLY glad that I didn't spend more money on a different one. This mask is awesome. I use it after giving myself microdermabrasion facials and it soothes and closes pores. It also stimulates blood flow to the face. I think this mask is great, I leave it in a plastic feezer bag in my freezer and de-thaw it for a couple minutes before using it on my face. If you just stick it in the fridge the coldness wears off in less than 3 minutes. It does cover the whole face which is nice, I don't feel it gets under the eyes very well, that part always seems to be lifted and not exactly touching. Another thing is the hole for the mouth is really very small and if you have normal to big lips then they won't be able to go through it.I would buy it again! These are not good quality. Once they’re fully frozen they are literal blocks of ice. The felt side is nice but doesn’t allow much cold to get through to my face or forehead. I have about 10 of these types of masks (diff brands) for my migraines or head colds and there are definitely better out there for pretty much the same price point.Also they are small for adult faces or foreheads. I used it cold from the freezer. Since this mask contains more air than beads, it doesn’t stay cold more than few minutes. It’s confortable but kind of small (my face isn’t that big) so it doesn’t cover my cheeks. Read more

I seriously love these. Hot or cold, plus blocking out light for my migraines. They don’t hurt my head either, and usually straps do.I also used it so it’d stay on my face after I had a tooth removed. I had it for a month before it melted into itself for whatever reason. I didn't overheat it, it was fine when I used it last. I didn't use it for a week or two, THEN it decided it didn't want to live any more and all the beads are reducing in size in the mask. Read more
