I like how this cream goes on my feet and is quickly absorbed, leaving no greasy residue. In less than a week’s daily use, the cracks and roughness on my heels have been eliminated. The cream is lightweight and has a pleasing, floral scent that disappears quickly.I ran the ingredients through the EWG-Skin Deep database and found the product is rated a 6, which is a higher score than I would like for a product used daily. (The 1-10 EWG rating system scores a product from safest -EWG verified- to the least safe -10- which has the potential for the most safety issues.) Individual ingredients of the most concern are Fragrance (EWG rating of 8, which can cause allergy and immunotoxicity issues,) Phenoxyethanol (EWG rating of 4,) Methylparaben (EWG rating of 4,) and Ethylparaben (EWG rating of 3.) Love this product. Saw it in window of shopIn Germany but shop was closed. Saw that Amazon sold it. Pricey but worth every penny. No matter what kind of cream I put on my feet they were always dry and calloused but not with this cream. I scraped the callouses off and I use the cream once to twice a day and my feet are the softest they have ever been. After a bout with hand-foot-mouth disease, the skin on my feet continued to peel for months. I also already had very rough, thick skin on my heels from years of neglect. So I decided to go all in and try to fix the problems. I soaked my feet one night, used the Gehwol pedi file, and applied this lotion. Since then, I use it once a day, and my feet have remained wonderfully soft. I haven't used many other foot creams, so I can't compare, but this one definitely works. My mum was recommended this product by a chiropodist and swears by it. Tried it myself and it really is a good product. It is a light cream which absorbs immediately and has a pleasant smell.
