Use with gdiapers disposable inserts that you can flush, compost (wet ones only, please) or toss. Gpants are available in newborn, small, medium, large and x-large, ensuring a trim fit at every stage. Gpants are made of highly technical fabrics that not only keep messes contained, but also are breathable, so diaper rash is kept at bay. Cloth inserts, liners, baby wipes, coordinated tops and other accessories are also available.

We use BumGenius Freetime and gDiapers for Charlie and are very happy. To use the gDiaper, you need three pieces: the cloth piece you see in the pic, a plastic pouch that snaps into the cloth piece and the disposable insert that you put into the pouch. The first two are included with this product. If you sign up for Amazon's subscribe and save, you will save some money on the inserts, which aren't included with this product.We like this product because:1. The colors are really nice and have not faded in the wash2. These diapers are not nearly as bulky as most cloth diapers, so for some of your trimmer outfits, these are particularly nice3. The waste of these comes up higher and the velcro allows you go get that perfect fit that looks nice and keeps leaks from coming out of the top of the diaper4. After 12 weeks of mixed use with BumGenius, we haven't had a single diaper rash. It's worth noting here that we only use disposable wipes when on the go. At home we use baby rags with water and coconut oil.5. The disposable insert allows us to pack fewer bulky diapers when out and about6. Having a disposable insert is great for nights. You cannot use standard diaper creams with cloth diapers like BG, but with the gDiaper disposable insert, we can put ample cream on Charlie before putting him to sleep, that way if he tinkles in the night, his skin is protected.The product loses a star for two reasons:1. I find the weight range to be off. Charlie is long and lean but could not wear these after he hit the 12lb mark.2. While we haven't had any explosive situations with these diapers, tend to end up with a little pee or poo escaping the plastic pouch. That gets the cover dirty, but is not substantial enough to get to Charlie's clothes. Read more

My daughter has skinny legs and these fit her great! OS and other diapers just didn't fit her tiny thighs and legs right. I love these for their fit on her plus they aren't bulky. I am new to cloth, but I think gdiapers will be my go to brand. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!! Read more
