I have POTS and use this for morning and emergency hydration (a full packet in 24oz of water). The watermelon flavor is fantastic compared to the flavors Liquid IV offers. However you get about the same electrolytes with less calories and less fluids with Liquid IV. So if you’re looking to use this more than once a day on a regular basis to help with salt intake, you might want to try something with less calories. Also, the tub with 32oz of product is cheaper than the packets sometimes, so if you plan on using this a lot at home, buy the tub. But if you’re out and about and get dehydrated, the packets are great. Read more

Tastes great.I bought this to keep me energized and "electrolyted" through a rim-to-rim Grand Canyon hike. If you don't mind the sugar in it I can personally vouch for this product. I’ve used these for a while now. Tried other flavors but the Cherry one has been the best for me. It’s subtle and more importantly does the trick. It also doesn’t stain the bottles as much as other flavors. I use it for almost every one of my rides which vary from 30 - 70+ miles. Read more
