I really wanted to like these and have now started my second jar. They are good and work fast but hey why in the world would this company add Guar Gum, Xanthian Gum and the Ubiquitous Palm oil. I now have a jar of these so called Natural Digestive enzymes that are destroying my gut because some stupid individual thought it was a good idea to add three really bad additives. I wish I had spent more time reading the fine print and would not have bought them. I found out that these gums affect the gut when I had been drinking a lot of Store bought Almond Milk. I have noticed a sizable difference in belly bloat since taking this product. I wanted to like these. However like with most Garden of Life products they throw in everything they can think of. I don’t need carrots, broccoli, cucumber, garlic, ginger, etc etc in my enzymes. I just want enzymes. If a person has food sensitivities it’s highly likely one or more are in this list. I can barely take any GOL products anymore because of that. If I want broccoli or beets I will make those as whole foods. Besides, with 50 ingredients, how much of each is in one little chewable? It’s marketing overdrive.
