I have been using the previous version which was good, but I did not like the slot for your chin to go through. I always folded a wash rag and placed it over it so my chin wouldn't stick through. This version is a much improved one in my opinion for a couple of reasons. First, they did away with that annoying slot so no need to fuss with trying to position a wash rag anymore. Second, the material is a lot better...super silky and feels nice on your skin. I love the adjustability as well with the straps on the sides. This allows you to tighten it to best suit pretty much any size face. One thing I would like to point out is that in the item description it states "recommended to wear 30 to 40 minutes per day," but on the box it says to wear it 2 hours daily. Ok so I bought this and was skeptical about it. I plan on taking before and after pictures and I will post them later on. As far as I can tell it does seem to be working but I have only used it a few days so far. The material is very comfortable and super easy to put on. You can tighten it up and everything which is good because once I lose some of my double chin I know I am going to need to tighten it some. I like that it is easy to wash as well. I put this on at night when I am laying in bed reading a book. I actually fall asleep with it on sometimes bc I forget that I have it on lol. I guess that is a good thing though haha. This chinstrap is easy to use. Fits comfortably over my ears. I like the adjustable tabs on each side. With a Velcro top tab and another at back of head, strap is very easy to adjust to my head. If u have long hair, put hair in a high ponytail, keeps it out of the Velcro. I wear it most nights, and difference is noticable in the morning. But this is no miracle, the chin droops back by night. I've going through a big weight loss change and gave this product a try since I was insecure of my neck becoming a Turkey neck.
