I take many Gaia capsules every day and am a big fan. Sadly, I didn't attempt to start taking these after too late to return. Squished so a bit jagged and unable to swallow. Will remain a Gaia fan but sad to have lost money on these supplements. I wonder if possible to get a replacement from Gaia. Read more

I have been very happy with the results of the product, Gaia Herbs Cinnamon Bark capsules. I give one every day at breakfast and dinner to my father-in-law. When he came to live with us, his blood sugar was about 200. With diet, I got his blood sugar down to between 115 and 140. After giving him the Cinnamon capsules, his blood sugar runs between 99 to 115, averaging about 107 even with dessert occasionally. I highly recommend this product. Read more
