The gun is great, I wouldn't want it any more powerful. I have some of the worst knots in my back that have been there for decades, and this gets deep enough to work them out (with the smallest attachment only). Comes with 5 attachments that I highly doubt will ever break because of the well-thought-out design. Has a premium feel and look to it, great quality materials. I've heard the $250 TimTam is just made of plastic so this one feels much more expensive than that. However, if you have a large, athletic, build, I would probably go with the TimTam Pro or Theragun (both cost $600) as those are closer to a jackhammer than this is. I'm an average male in my 30s with a medium pain tolerance. I can't handle any more power than what it provides. You can apply 25 lbs of pressure on the gun for getting deeper into the muscle tissue before the gun stalls (25 lb stopping force per the manufacturer). Usually there is a trade-off between power and battery life and in my opinion, this is a balanced gun. They offer $20 to give them a five star Amazon review so don't believe most of these 5 star reviews. Made in China. I swear there are multiple products on Amazon made by this same company that just look different on the outside. Warranty is automatically extended to two years so don't bother buying the Amazon extended warranty unless you want the third year extension. I bought the 3 year because even the $600 units from TimTam, etc., seem to break sometimes. Terrible instructions that were clearly not written by someone fluent in English; I am going to have to research the proper way to use each attachment somewhere besides the user manual.I really like the smallest attachment at speed 15 (there are 20 speeds total) for working out knots in my trigger points in my back. You can do this on your own shoulder muscles but will need someone to help you do this on your back. The battery takes 6 hours to charge and will run for 2-6 hours depending on the speed you set it to, so you probably can't run it while plugged in if it runs out of battery. I looked forever for a unit that would just plug into the wall but I don't think those exist anymore. Has a nice battery light that flashes a different color when it needs to be charged so you realistically should never be surprised when the battery dies. Shaft depth = 10mm. I do like the ease of use and the battery life. Two improvements in design would make it perfect. Although you can change the speed, you cannot change the depth of the stroke. I use this at times on my chiropractic patients. The Fusion percussion tool tends to be too strong on thin people. It tends to start dancing all over their back. If the Fusion tool had a selector switch to decrease the depth of the stroke, and if it had a spring shock absorber build into the stroke shaft, it would be perfect. Read more

The media could not be loaded.  The massager howls really loud right out of the package. I decided to give it a four out of 5 stars because it is better than the last massager I bought that didn't make noise. When you pressed on the one I had prior really hard it would stop and shut off intermittently. I think it was likely severe negligence in handling my package on it's way to my house. I can’t give a 5 star on battery because I haven’t seen how long it can go - but overall this is one amazing massage gun. You’re given 6 exchangeable heads to adjust the pressure used and to bring flood flow back to areas. Only down side is there wasn’t any instructions on how to use the machine. Getting the heads off are a little difficult because I didn’t want to tear anything up but they just pull out. Which being new it’s tight right now. I’m sure with use it’ll loosen some. Overall YES ! This power massager is amazing! The only massagers I’ve ever used are those long handled massagers you see at Brookstone which are ok but not the best. It wasn’t until a friend, who is a professional rugby player, lent us his Timtam power massager when my husband had some back pain. My husband liked it so much he suggested we get one. I didn’t really want to spend $400 on a massager so I did some research and decided to buy the Fusion. It is much quieter and just as powerful and at a much better price. The attachments make it easy to use on different parts of the body, whether it be the neck, lower back, or heel of the foot. I’ve been dealing with heel pain for a while which flares up when I do high impact training sessions. A couple of minutes of using the Fusion deep massager with the small attachment and the pain was gone. I couldn’t believe the relief. My husband did something to his neck and shoulder when he was using a power sander on our deck. The pain was so bad he had to take anti-inflammatory drugs and I had to massage his neck and shoulder. So this is a way overdue review. I’ve had this massage gun for about 2 months now. And use it at least once a week. Initially my husband wanted it for his back and bottom of his feet, as he is in work boots all day at work. But, little did I know I would be using it on my teenage boys also. My boys are 13 & 15, and they are actively in boxing. They come to my room all the time looking for the massage gun, they get tight knots in their calves or thighs, this did wonders for them! The bottom of my husbands feet, a few minutes with the gun everyday takes the pain away. Now with that being said there has been MANY occasions where my kids have put the gun back in the case without shutting it OFF, and let me tell you when this battery life is LONG, is simply an understatement.
