Let me start off by saying, I have twins. We had bought two high quality nap mats and they were ruined by wear and tear and the twins just going to town on them. we hadn’t had them for even a year. So for daycare we wanted to replace them with some less expensive, something we wouldn’t be upset about IF it were to get torn etc. I bought two of these. When I pulled the first one out of the box I was disappointed by how small it was. I had read comments prior to ordering and others have said they didn’t like how small it was either. So I had laid it down next to our high quality nap sack for reference. They are the same size. So I’d advise not to be thrown off by the size:) my kiddos love it, and that initial feeling of disappointment vanished when I saw they were the same length. Other than the size, the mat itself is very thin, and you can tell with the pillow that it is a cheaper quality BUT overall I am not disappointed with it. I was shocked to see how many of these types of blankets are available. I did not want to spend a lot so settled on this one. So far it's worked great for my 2 year old. I have washed it 3 times and it held up well. I made sure to fasten the velcros, used delicate cycle and dried on low. Note the name tag is a piece of cardboard. I forgot to remove it and it got destroyed in the wash. No biggie just an FYI. I wished they had more gender neutral styles. I would purchase another, but not fond of the other designs. Read more

We have been using this mat for about a month. I wash it weekly and have had no issues. I adhere the Velcro to itself before I wash and it stays like that the entire wash cycle. The blankets have gotten softer with a few washings. The pillow is still fluffy. I would not recommend this for a tall 4 year and definitely not a kindergartener, but it works great for my preschooler. We’ve used this nap mat for one week, and washed it twice. It’s used at daycare, but we tried it out at home before taking it to daycare. I noticed when washing it the first time that there was no place to put the Velcro straps, so they just catch everything in the wash. When daycare sent it home for the weekend to be washed, the back of the nap mat is starting to fray from where the Velcro grabs at it. This is only an issue when it is not in a rolled position. When I washed it the second time I rolled part of it back to connect the Velcro pieces. I’m not sure how long the backing is going to last. It really needs somewhere specific for the Velcro to be fastened to when it is not rolled up. Besides this, it looks just like the photo, seems to be comfortable for my daughter, and she likes it. This product received quite a few good reviews which is why I purchased it. Unfortunately it’s not what I expected. It’s pretty small. My 4 year olds feet almost touch the bottom and she’s fairly small for her age. The blanket itself is pretty thin and the pillow is rather flat. We ordered the unicorn one and it does look exactly like the photo. I guess I should of paid closer attention to the measurements before ordering. Read more
