For all my larger mommies out there, I am 5’9 and weigh 342 pounds! I am preparing to have gastric bypass surgery, but even with as big as I am now this fits around my midriff (area directly below my boobs). My son sits comfortably on the seat and the straps are comfortable on my shoulders. I bought one of these previously of a different brand and it didn’t have the back support for baby and the straps, it was basically just a hip seat. I love this one because I can be hands free while walking and be able to hold my 3 year olds hand. This is money well spent and worth every single penny. My sister suggested I get a baby hiking backpack, but I couldn’t see spending hundreds of dollars on something he will grow out of quickly. Hands down the best and comfiest thing in the whole world. Shoulder straps are super padded. The Thick waist strap helps A TON. Does not weigh down on your shoulders. The seat is probably the best thing about it honestly! My baby just sits and isn’t uncomfortable just dangling and I don’t have to worry about his legs hurting from the pressure from dangling for so long he’s just sitting there and he’s sooo happy because he feels like a big boy! I had been searching for more expensive carriers such as the tula explore, ergo 360 etc but in the end I couldn't justify the price. This one exceeded my expectations and didn't break the bank. For the first time my daughter actually wanted to be put in the carrier! It takes all the weight off from between their legs and there was no pressure on her thighs. She even napped in it for a good hour while on a hike. The shade cap also provided head support while she slept so her head wouldn't wobble everywhere. The only issue was me lol I'm on the shorter side, 4'11 and while carrying her on my back was comfortable the weight of her body would pull my pants down.. no issues with front carrying though and my husband who is 6 ft had no problems and also said it was very comfortable.Would definitely recommend! I wish I could say I love this carrier, but I can't. I just barely squeezed into this contraption! I'm on the lower end of plus sized (think 2x), so I know I'm not the easiest to cater to, but I was hoping this would've been just a little more adjustable. I wanted this carrier because wraps make me nervous, but I ended up having to get a Boba wrap because I can't justify the insane pricing on most ergo carriers, hence why I was excited about this oneIt is a lot more reasonably priced compared to other ergo carriers. It felt sturdy and capable to handle a child through toddlerhood. It's intimidating when you first unravel it, but once you figure out what strap is what, it's really easy to understand. So happy I got this one over others! It lives up to all my expectations. Its a gorgeous dark grey color, sleek and modern looking. Relieves back pain. The company logo is not prominent or in your face like some other brands, love that! Love that everything is fully adjustable, with lots of room to adjust. Wish the sun shade were a little bigger, but that's a personal preference. Few instructions, but it's pretty straightforward. Other than that, everything is perfect.
