I really like this product because it really did work. I have tried this two different times when I hiked. I did not have the leg cramps while hiking. I am really happy that my legs did not cramp except one time at night and it was minimal cramp in one leg. I have tried other electrolytes in the past but I always had really bad leg cramps at night. I was nervous at first due to some bad reviews. Most complained about the taste and upset stomach. I have an extremely sensitive stomach and have very little discomfort. The taste is not nearly as bad as most said. It's very tart but in a very pre-workout flavor way. It's low-calorie and has a bit of protein. I personally use it when I get back in the car from leaving the gym. It helps tremendously with my short-term recovery. I work out primarily at lunch or early afternoon, and this puts me right back at 100% for returning to work. I am 41 and ain't exactly a spring chicken anymore so this is exactly what I need in my supplement routine. Some people complained about the price point. I am guessing those people have never bought any type of supplement before. At 2 bucks per pouch, this is a steal in my opinion for the benefit you get. Read more
