I bought this as the manufacturer said on their website it was a replacement for their Biogenol Ultra Deep Masque that I have been using for over 15 yrs. It's not! I don't color my hair but it is curly so tends to be on the dry side. I used their old product about once a month when my hair needed moisture replenishment. I bought this and used it the same as I always do and it left my hair a frizzy mess. Why do companies discontinue products and replace them with crap and try to pass it off as just as good as the original??? I would not recommend this and feel I wasted good money on it. Read more

I like the product , it makes my hair look like it has a lot of depth and highlights of color. The cons: it does not smell good, the product is so thick the pumps do not work. I broke one trying to make it come out of the pump. A pain to have to unscrew the too in the shower. Read more
I purchased this product after my hairdresser used this on my hair at the salon. I know it works well because I bought my first bottle from her. The bottle I bought off of Amazon was not the same quality. It is so thin, almost liquid, and does not work as the same at all. I have to use so much each time I wash my hair. Not sure what this is but I know it’s not the real stuff! Wasted $40. Very very disappointed. Read more
I've used this product, for about 4 years now and the consistency is usually a lot thicker than what it is in this shipment that I received I'm not sure why it would feel different the bottle was sealed when I received it. All I can think of is that it's probably an older batch that's been sitting for quite some time or may have been stored in a temperature that it shouldn't have. Read more

Excellent product! I can use this everyday without my hair looking heavy. It is a deep conditioner for sure, but it doesn't add weight. I have a ton of hair but it isn't coarse so I need something to control the frizz but not leave my hair waxy like some conditioners can. This is especially great after using clarifying shampoo!
