With a retail cost of six bucks, this is a reasonably priced conditioner for color treated hair.This did seem to do fairly well on preserving my color treated hair.It just did not provide enough moisture or help with detangling enough. Only if I used about 4 times more than I normally would did my hair get slick enough and soft enough not to break a bunch and end up with tons of hair in my comb after shower.I even tried letting it set for 5 or more minutes with not really any more success than the 1 minute I usually give conditioners. They only thing that helped was just using a lot more. Which of course takes away from it's reasonable price.To get good conditioning I used up this whole bottle when I was only half way through the same brand of shampoo.It did not cause greasy scalp and I liked the light pleasant sort of floral scent. Sometimes I like to get my hair slightly damp, and then let this product sit in my hair out of the shower for about 30mins. This conditioner comes in a fairly large bottle, and is easy to use. It comes out in 'ribbons' so you can see how thick it is when you use it. I have used this twice so far, and both times my hair has finished - after drying - soft and lustrous. It actually looks thicker, even if it isn't. There is a nice shine, without being too shiny, and it feels extremely soft. I have long hair, and it doesn't take a lot to get it through the strands. I think I just generally have an issue with this product line’s fragrance choices. I used this once and it made my hair super shiny. But I absolutely hate the smell of this. It reminds me of a hair product I used in the 90’s. Which represents great emotional memories, but the worst EVER hair memories. It’s very strong on the Apple notes!! I would not use this again. But that’s not their fault. My curls did sag a little, so that’s another reason to skip it—but mostly, it’s literally just the fragrance thing. Read more

I freshly colored my hair about a month ago and I've only used this set of shampoo and conditioner because it was supposedly color safe and I was trying to get longevity out of my color. My hair faded a lot and my grey popped back out within 2 weeks. The scent was okay though, and it did make my hair feel soft and clean. Very moisturizering. Read more

I like the instructions better than most conditioners. This one says to apply to damp hair, leave for a moment, rinse out. Only a moment!!!! Most say 5 - 10 minutes and I REALLY don't want to wait that long to rinse. This does not have a strong fragrance, but what it does have is pleasant. Read more
